Undocumented Student Support & Resources

Academic Resources

  • USF has a variety of programs designed to empower and support your academic journey. On this website, you will find a list of resources aimed at enhancing your learning experience, fostering academic success, and promoting a sense of community, including the Center for Academic and Student Achievement (CASA), The Learning, Writing, and Speaking Center, Research and Post Graduate Opportunities, information on Student Equity and Success, along with Career Services and Student Employment. 

Financial Support

  • USF is committed to supporting your financial well-being. On this website, you will find a range of resources and tools tailored to ease the financial aspects of your education, including information on Financial Aid, Internship Scholarships, and External Scholarships. 

Safety, Health, and Wellness

  • Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides students with mental health services that allow them to improve and maintain their mental well-being and to meet their educational, personal, emotional and spiritual goals. Services include consultations, referrals, workshops, anxiety management tools, psychotherapy, and crisis support.
  • Health Promotion Services offers health services and opportunities that promote wellness, stimulate better health awareness, and foster a vibrant and safe campus community for student academic success and retention.  Health Promotion Services is also where you access student healthcare and insurance, waive health insurance, learn about USF health requirements, and submit proof of required immunizations.
  • Student Disability Services (SDS): The University of San Francisco is committed to the full participation of all students. Student Disability Services (SDS) recognizes disability as a valued aspect of diversity and works to facilitate equal access and an inclusive environment for students with disabilities. Services include pre-admission counseling, help with registration and scheduling, and campus life support.
  • Title IX Office: The primary concern of the Title IX Office is safety and well-being and the office is tasked with following up on all reports of sexual misconduct experienced by community members. The Title IX Office continually strives to maintain and strengthen a climate that fosters civility, mutual respect, and inclusivity for all community members.
