National Transposition lets "find measures taken by member states to incorporate an EU legal act into national law." The most effective search method is to find and use the "CELEX" number (e.g., 32013L0035) of of the EU legal act, but you can also search by key word.
This source includes directives, and each directive includes a "National measures" section giving citations to the implementing measures of member states.
