Refugee Law

Essential sources for finding law, scholarship, statistics, and news on refugee law. This guide is designed for students in USF's course on "International Refugee Law and the European Crisis."

Proposed Solutions

These are some of the more prominent proposals for reform of the international régime for the protection of refugees. (Many thanks to Prof. James C. Hathaway for the "Refugee Law Reform" flowchart that provided the citations for this list.)

Vancouver Principles

These principles formed the basis for Prof. Hathaway's Sept. 15 presentation in USF's "International Refugee Law & the European Crisis" seminar.

The principles were the final statement of a two-day workshop at the Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia.
